Geek squad is great at giving support and guiding customers when they need support. They are quick and easy to understand. I always receive great assistance.

Even if you think you wont need it, you should always get an extra warranty for your electronics...you just never know when something is going to happen and it costs so little for not having to worry!

The agents have been very helpful on the telephone. In the store they are also very helpful. I am not very computer literate so I love this service.

In my opinion it is great to have the replacement plan. You never know when something can go wrong and its always so easy and convenient to have.

This has been perfect for what I have needed. I love that it is wireless. Makes it super easy to print from my phone or computer.

I have used this program multiple times and it is well worth it in my opinion. I have had items replaced on more than one occasion. The process is simple and painless. Well worth a few bucks.

You call in let them know the issue, do some troubleshooting over the phone. If that did not fix the problem bring it in and exchange for a new one!

I was a bit taken back by the price of the protection but was super happy when my daughter broke it and I had protection so I was able to take it in and not pay a dollar extra to have it replaced

I rarely by warranties, but this felt like a good investment. I have not had to use it, but knowing I have it for a pricey purchase makes perfect sense.

I only paid like $4 for this protection plan and it replaces my keyboard that was $220 for any accidents or damage. Worth the money is an understatement!

Always good to get insurance. I got a printer not knowing it wasn't working till 34 days after having it and was able to exchange it with out penalties.

I think it is always best to get the warranty. This warranty replaces products for four years so I thought it was a good deal.

I have used the Geek Squad for years, and every experience has been positive. I recommend them, even for products not bought at Best Buy (gasp!)

I haven't had to use them for this item, but in the past have answered questions and fixed the issues on other items purchased.

I would recommend this to everyone. I am not computer literate and they are a great help. Money you invest in the Geek Squad, you would not regret.
