Purchased the 2-year Geek Squad product replacement for my printer. Printer stopped working and was replaced with another printer (HP) hassle-free. Fast and convenient! Not expensive and highly recommend!

This e reader is the best also it is efficient in battery life so i takes a long time to go to zero.

I have used this service to install Webroot on two of my laptops and one desktop. The techs were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They cleaned my devices and they run much better.

I highly recommend a replacement plan on any small appliance you pay a good price for. You never know if it will be needed. So for a few extra dollars it’s worth the it to know you have a product replacement.

When I bought my item I had a lot of problems however I was accommodated until we could set up my apple tv correctly. The mouse never connected to the drive and we were over nighted a new mouse! We eventfully got a brand new setup and have had no problems since.

Happy I've HD ad extended warranty on hp all in one printers. This is my 4th replacement with the warranty. Paper jams alot.uses slot of ink for cleaning and maintenance.loses wifi signals lo s alot also

I always purchase Geek Squad replacement plans on product that I plan for long term use especially on items used on a reg basis. If they fail, they are replaced by Bestbuy.

If you add this to your item and anything (other than it being in two pieces) happens to it, they will give you a credit of how much you paid and you can get whatever else you want with it!

Geek Squad mounted my TV quickly and flawlessly and i bought this service. i had an unrealted proble with my laptop and customre service fixed it while i was online. happy with my choice with Geek Squad.

Great value for the money. We live over an hour's drive from the nearest Best Buy so being able to get support online is a plus for us. The agents are knowledgeable and patient with our questions.

Since I enrolled in the Best Buy Geek Squad program, I don't worry about my computer problem anymore. Besides, I received some discount on another service. It is a win-win product.

Geek Squad is worth the money, had a device stop working and called placed a claim took into the store and replaced with an equivalent item.

I consider $20 for a 2 year full protection plan for a printer to be a great deal. I don't usually buy the protection plans, but this just seemed like it would be worth the money since unfortunately printers can sometimes have problems and are difficult/impossible to fix.

I always get this when I purchase an electronic from best buy I've only ever had one problem with something and when I did I wss was able to get the upgraded version of the product and still have enough money from the warranty to gut another warranty on the new one

This is always a good purchase. I have not had the need to use this protection plan yet, but it is a great relief to know that if anything happens to the printer, my daughter can take it to her local Best Buy and they will take care of things.

I get the protection plan for different types of items. It give me a sense of security for "large ticket items". I also find it useful for items that I know that my kids are "hard" on (.e.g USB headset). I have found that getting items replaced has been hassle-free.
