I ended up having to use the protection plan I purchased and it was actually easy to get the non-working printer turned in and get credit for a new purchase.

I bought the 2 year protection plan for a my passport. I am glad i did cause a few months after purchasing it my passport started acting up. They exchanged it with no problem and gave me a brand new one on the spot.

My son's mouse pad had a bubble in it. I took it to Best Buy and explained what happened. I showed them my warranty information and they replaced it with a brand new one. No questions asked. I was impressed!

This printer works really well. Worth the crowd. I purchased the instant ink replacement package for $5 a month. My replacement was in the mail before I expected it. I have bragged about my printer to all my friends.

I love this insurance specially when your item is not working again you can get replace or get another item.

Best Buy has the best warranty! I have had to exchange our purchases in the past and it was the simplest process! I would definitely recommend always purchasing the warranty with any Best Buy purchase.

this was awesome. my printer head is not printing as expected and the color quality is low. i got the new printer through geek squad.

I was able to return an Epson printer that stopped printing quality color documents after approx. one year. This warranty resulted in very little out-of-pocket costs.

Its very easy to set up. I had no problems at all. Easy to load the paper. Works well and not too expensive. I highly recommend this printer.

I love getting Geek Squad protection because you never know when you'll need it. I've never had a problem with swapping out broken electronics or getting something fixed.

MY MOUSE QUIT WORKING THE WAY IT WAS SUPPOSE TO. IT WORKED WHEN IT WANTED. TOOK IT TO BEST BUY AND GOT A REFUND. 2 YEAR GEEK SQUAD PRODUCT REPLACEMENT IS COOL TO HAVE
