Good for the money but the real test will be when I have an issue with it. To make a better protection plan, best buy should offer at least a one year extention as the 2 year plan is up.

So far so good. Never had issues in the past either.

Buying the replacement is very worth it when it comes to peripherals like mouses and headphones, make sure you get it because you use those devices everyday and they break and wear out!

I love the product placement plan. If you have an issue in or out of manufacture warranty, then they replace the product or give you a store credit towards a new product. No hassle or wait for repair.

Had to return the keyboard because one of the keys was defective and kept sticking. Only had it a couple of months and thought the product warrantee covered a full exchange. Geek Squad prorated the coverage so there was a charge. However the service at the store was excellent and getting a replacement was easy :)

Every time when I buy something at bestbuy I always use this warranty, it's cheap and the geek squad always has the best costumer service.

It's a great thing to have Evan if you don't use it. Most of what I have bought has been great and lasted longer then expected. But the couple times I needed it,it was there for me and no hassels
