I never purchase devices without an extended warranty. This warranty was purchased with the HP OfficeJet Pro 6968. I recommend the extended warranty for anything that is eligible for an extended warranty.

I always buy service plans and always seem to use them. I haven't been disappointed.

You can never go wrong with Best Buys geek squad service. I always purchase even though to date their products have outlived them. Money well spent for that extra security.

So far i have not needed to use geek squad. Its a 4 year replacement warranty for printer

The geek squad are so nice. They are knowledgeable at what they do. They try their best to fix the problem. If they are not able to. They will gladly replace the item with no problem.

Replacement insurance can be awesome. They help when you don't have money to buy the same product twice. Best buy has usually been good to me in honoring the replacement insurance.

Its can be a hassle free exchange or return of the malfunctioned item at the cost of this geek squad service protection fee. I would recommend it.

I haven't use this feature yet since the device I bought is still in a good condition. but I read the coverage for the damages that can happen and it seems really worth for the price you pay. Thanks Bestbuy

Must needed add on to any Best Buy purchased item. Insurance always seems to come in to play at some point. Majority of the times the accidents aren’t planned. So do yourself a favor!

Got have insurance on printer so you don’t have to come out of your pockets

I am always wary on buying protection plans but highly recommend getting one for printers as they break down so frequently these days, best buy service plan is very reasonable...
