I buy this for everything! I've had to use it for just about every product. Life gets in the way sometimes, kids and sometimes it's just a malfunction with the product. The hassle free exchange is awesome!

I like the printer - love having not to change ink cartridges and it prints fast and clear. BUT it does not stay connected wirelessly - every time I want to print I have to muck around for at least 30 minutes - usually much more! VERY frustrating!! And the HP app is SO intrusive - it activated the camera on my ipad, and used the cloud without me setting any of that up and I didn’t agree to it! It also needs my location to print - WHY???? Just let me print!!! NOT HAPPY with my purchase, because of software - the printer is good……when I can get it to print.

I got a really bad paper jam that completely ruined my last printer. Luckily I got Geek Sqaud protection on it so I got a replacement printer and all I had to do is purchase the protection again. No charge for the printer!

This printer was easy to set up and the cartridges that came with the printer have lasted over 3 months. This is so easy to use for scanning documents and saving as a PDF.

I took a old computer to The Geek Squad and have them check the system and put it all on a SD card and they removed the hard drive gave it back to me and kept the rest of the old computer it was awesome well worth the Geek Squad
