I opted to buy the warranty just for the added protection, you never know when you may have a issue and need that extra warranty to cover you for a return.

The Geek Squad is good for services that we cannot complete out selves.

Not that it’s needed, but geek squad protection is definitely something that you would want and could possibly save you money in the long run.

I had to use this service one time after my laptop would not turn in after sitting for several months while I was away.

Had a tv mounted and they hid the cords in the wall.

Helped me figure out my electronic devices. There a good support to help people that aren't up to speed with electronics

Service in the store has gotten better and more efficient since an appointment is needed for in-store service.

With the keyboards I purchased the Geek squad 2 year replacement. So when something was spilt on the keyboard it was covered and replaced.

i hope nothing goes wrong with the printer and if it does i have the protection of the geek to fix it

It's always worth it to get a product replacement plan, will never know what the future holds or not holding :) So like a good girl scout, always be prepared :)
