Loveeeeee These Nice Quality Battery Last Longer than usual, Effectively Communicates how much Battery Power Definitely didn’t Disappoint

I usually don't buy insurance. I figure the product will last that long and usually does. But, my brother had bought the original product guarantee and needed it on a Samsung 3 terabyte remote hard drive. We could not get that product to work on 3 computers so took it back. The guys at BB were great about it- no hassels. Replaced the unit with a Western Digital 4 t unit and that one worked great. Probably won't need the guarantee!

Best Buy took care of me when my printer stopped working and they replaced it with a newer model and I just paid the difference in the price. Bed buy ever!!!

always great service! i have purchased many products since 2005. In 2008 i purchased 2 Samsung televisions and the geek squad delivered and installed them both in my home. I still today appreciate Best Buy and geek squad.

I haven't had to use my geek squad protection plan yet, I had geek before and they help out a lot.

Best option to have for printers as they always fail after the usual warranty period.

It's actually a good purchase. Although, pay attention to the return window of whatever item you purchase because you do not get money back for the time that has passed when exchanging or returning after return window.

Didn't need to use the replacement. Did need Geek Squad help and they gladly helped me find the answers to my questions and were very helpful. If I hadn't purchased this then I could have been charged. I am not suggesting you need to purchase this on all products. I sure don't, but some things it is crazy not to purchase this extra warranty.

And it’s worth it if you’re worried about accidental spills or dropping it or some thing but if you’re not because you’re careful you’re an adult then the regular warranty probably works but I always get the geek squad because my house is a grandkids break everything house. But make sure it includes the accident coverage some of the geek squad warranties don’t.

This covers regular wear. It's very easy to have items replaced with replacement coverage as long as you are aware of what is and is not covered. If the coverage doesn't say "ADH" or "accidental coverage" then it doesn't cover accidents like drops. But for something like a mouse or headphones, it is still great because if the performance quality goes down at all you can swap it out for a new one or a different item completely.

I have always purchased this protection on items I purchase from Best Buy (about 20 years ago). I have purchased anything and everything electronic for the house. From Refigerator to iPads and everything in between. Whenever I’ve had to use the protection plan it has been no problem. I would continue to purchase these protections.

I would recommend the 4-year Geek Squad product replacement. It gives us all peace of mind. I am happy with my 4-year Geek Squad product replacement

I always get Geek Squad protection plans when buying tech from Best Buy. I’ve found they’re a lot faster at getting a replacement in my hands, versus other protection plans. Furthermore, I like the peace-of-kind knowing my purchase is protected against defects. I’ve never had an issue utilizing the plan. A must buy for those expensive tech purchases.

It came in handy when I had a keyboard that didn't work after one month. It is a great investment for protection against products that fail to work after the manufacturers warranty expires.

Fairly painless, except they never seem to have the same model in stock so i always end up upgrading. Of course its better than laying out full price every couple years.

I love the replacement plans at Best Buy. I’ve been buying the replacement plans for probably the last five years and whenever there has been a problem there’s never a hassle they take care of you right away and if the item is not in stock you can always upgrade and get the next level item paying extra or just wait until the item comes in stock. It’s my MAIN reason I shop at Best Buy verses Fry’s or other places.

I purchased this due to my last Epson printer not working after 3 years. If I had purchased this back then for $35, I wouldn't have to buy a new one for $200.

As I've said before the protection plan gives you complete peace of mind if you need service have a question need replacement it's a phone call away or chat the Geek Squad or go to the store there always there to help i know they've helped me several times no matter how little or big

I never have issues with assistance only during busy sales days and I don’t calll Monday or Friday unless have too so yes I buy helped me with saving thousands buying new computer once and yes use for my cell phones and iPad beats cell phones warranty you may feel little expensive but talk to them
