I'm not usually the guy to recommend these plans, but on headphones (like mine), I'd like to know I'm covered for the next 2 years. Bought a refurbished set from a different vendor and they went kaputt in 3 months, all the money down the drain. This gives me the confidence that they'll be covered and for $20, well worth it!

Must have service for you purchases. the replacement and repair process is very simple and have been getting these with all my best buy pruchases and have been happy so far. Already used it 2 times for my open box items and woul recommend

I recommend getting geek squad protection for ANY ELECTRONIC you purchase at Best Buy . and they are reasonably priced too . I love this four year protection plan for my printer . I have a piece of mind every time I USE IT !!

Honestly when it comes to geek squad, its one of the best protection plan you could add to your item, everything is directly thru best buy don't have to call customer nor go thru the hassle

Bought them as a backup so I haven’t used them yet. The same one came with my new printer and work great and we’re easy to install.

They couldn't help me. Couldn't suggest a different printer for my needs. I need to printer 11x 17 paper. They were unable to try to find me what I needed.

Luckily I have not had to use it but it's always smart to have protection on your electronic devices because something will always go wrong.

I would never buy any electronic items from Best Buy without an extended warranty. Best Buy is the one merchant that does not give you any issues and make refund or replacement stress free. Highly recommend!!!!!

The Geek Guys (they happen to be male) were outstanding. They understood the issues, spoke fluent old person, and set up my printer, made sure it connected with other devices and left me with a feeling of confidence in their service and the product.
