I purchased this warranty with an Epson printer simply because we’re in 2024 but printers haven't improved in reliability since 1998. About a year after, like I expected, my printer started going haywire so I brought it in for them to look at. Somewhat annoyingly, you need to make an appointment to have them look over your item before they’ll replace it, but it was quick and they replaced it with a brand new one! I’d definitely recommend this if you’re purchasing an expensive electronic item. You won’t miss the extra little bit of money on top of an already expensive purchase but you will certainly regret it if your item craps out on you after the manufacturer’s warranty expires!

It's great when i had issues with my product. I went to Geek Squad they have me a gift card for what I paid and i got another items plus some.

The Geek Squad employees were friendly and very helpful in assisting me. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Great team!

Best Buy offers the Geek Squad service on their products which when you break the cost down by year is a fantastic value, and trust me, it is well worth it should something happen that an item needs repair.

It’s important to insure your big purchases. This is worth it in the long run.

These guys are very helpful. They setup my complete system in my home and were able to assist online when I had issues with connecting to my home account.

I've not had any repair experience yet but having an account did help in returning an item past it's normal return date and getting store credit for the item.

The Geek Squad has always been very helpful whether I have brought in an item or had them come to my home.
