Always take out a geek squad service plan to protect myself!

Geek Squad employees are so up to date on everything in the store, they can pretty much help with anything. I bought a printer and they helped teach me how to set it up even before I got it home.

Usually don't purchase replacement for printers since prices are so low they are all but disposable these days. This printer was much more expensive so did get it this time. I found out that I had a printer go bad within the warranty period but since I did not have the replacement plan I would have paid to send it back to HP. Disappointed with Best Buy not taking it back in warranty.

Not sure what I bought this for haha. But I always by a warranty, except not for their tvs. Why? Well their warranties does not cover cracked screens, although some will tell you it does to get you to buy one, they lie.

I've used Geek Squad protection on almost 1/2 of my purchases... It has paid for itself and more - even taking into account the cost of unused coverage. Cameras get dropped, so do tablets and phones... Electronics short out or simply fail... just take it back and get a new one!

This has saved my butt on 2 occasions now. I had it for my laptop which at 3 months old, got knocked over and shattered the glass. I also used it with a 6 month old printer and was in and out the door with a brand new printer within 10 minutes. Definitely worth the $$$ spent.

I have not had to use the protection on the printer I purchased the service with but I used them for my laptop. The technicians are so helpful and knowledgeable. Quick return as well.

You can never go wrong with the warranty plan. If it breaks, Best Buy Repairs, Exchanges or replaces, No questions asked!

I always get the products replacement just in case of unexpected issues to my products. I never had an issue when I needed to take something in to be replaced.

I have had Geek Squad for several years now. It is the best service at a great price. I have used it multiple times for different reasons and not paid one dime for any of my issues. It is insurance that if anything goes wrong, it will be fixed for free. Love Best Buy!

Geek Squad is Amazing!! I have a small business and they have helped me set up virus protection on my computer. Fixed my printer issues when it wouldn't connect with my laptop. They are wonderful and patient. Well worth it.

I purchased a netgear Night Hawlk and it went bad. the routher was never right it was so bad, but Geek squad took care of it I got a new Linksys that I usually purchase but salesperson talked me into the Netgear found that my new Linksys was making my internet screem so fast

So far, we haven't had our Logitech - Create Keyboard Case for Apple iPad long enough to use the warranty protection. When dealing with Best Buy being they are a stand up company we have never had any issues when it came to using our warranty plan purchased from them.

I was told square trade will need original receipts etc which may be hard if item was purchased a while ago. With geek squad I just walk into the store with my old item and they can pull up my records. Only caveat yes it’s a lot more costly than square trade!
