I had the Geek Squad 2 year plan on a previous Epson printer. Had problems with it, Best Buy refunded my money no question ask. I buy the plan 2, 4 or 5 plan on higher price items. worth the money.

The Geek Squad is great, always helps me out. When I sign on sometimes you have to wait a bit, and then they take care of it and keep you informed along the way if there is any problems.

I purchased the two year replacement/repair plan in case I had to ever use it. I have always purchased all my TVs from Best Buy and all have lasted for 8+ years!!!

While I hardly before bought extended warranties, in the past, but in today's market it almost makes sense to buy the protection plan, as it is cheap, at least for printers, no nonsense insurance, should your printer just stops on you.

The process was quite long and tedious with trying to get my washing machine fixed. The communication between the vendor and the geek squad protection seemed to be a little lacking but that could’ve been partly the vendors fault.

This has been one of my "best buys" no pun intended. They respond quickly and have my products repaired online quickly.

I got this for the electronics I bought at the Best Buy store. This works just fine for me because it ensures I have my device covered in the event it goes kaput. I have not had an opportunity to use it just yet, but hopefully that never happens.
