I had to return my shredder because I was having issues with it .

It’s really great to have this protection incase something goes wrong

I bought on 2014 the logitech harmony 650. One and a half year later the remote died. I took it to the best buy store, and walk out with a new one. Obviously I purchased again the 2 year coverage. Now every product i purchase i buy the 2 year coverage from best buy.

I have 4 roku's in my home. I got the roku 3 on blk Friday for 50.00 each an amazing deal for an amazing machine. I love Internet TV. I pick my package and don't pay for the 90 percent of unwanted channels. Their customer service is awesome at roku if u have a problem

The Geek Squad has done a wonderful job in our home! They mounted 3 TV’s and did a great job! They gave great advice on operating our TV’s! Our installer Marc was fantastic! Would highly recommend this service!

Protection for electrical merchandise such as a shredder is wonderful, especially if it breaks down within a 2 or 3 year period; replacements may be provided!

I have used there services quiet a few times they are right on point with answering your questions or resolve the problem but I kind of think there price for the service is a little high but that is life

I am a believer in extra protection for electronics today as things dont seem to last as long as they did

The best warranty around i always get the warranty i have hundreds of them and if something brake or not working right it is easily replaced, please get the warranty when buying from bestbuy it's worth it

I get this product and all my TVs and expensive items I purchased you never know when you’re going to need an expert to help you and if they can’t fix it it gets replaced I would recommend this too

Definitely worth it if you ever have a problem with your product you can exchange it and get a store credit and purchase something else. Saves money in the long run worth the initial investment!

Rocketfish HDMI 4 connection extender (my desc) remote replace asst was a total save. I purchase protection for all eligible. When I needed help with my computer, they were right on it, malware infection, handled. So, I'm a happy camper!

When I bought the Roku stick, I bought the PRP as well. I'm glad I did because although the Roku is great, and I recommend it as well, they can be faulty. With the PRP I was able to exchange the Roku with no additional cost. I purchased a new PRP when I exchanged the Roku. A credit for the remaining balance on the original PRP was applied to the new PRP. Well worth the cost.

2 year Geek Squad Replacement - cheap insurance / peace of mind! Well worth the upfront cost to know it's one less thing to worry about. A very good value even if I didn't get it on sale. Recommended.
