No issues with replacements when needed. This is the way a warranty should work. I had the misfortune of having 2 things break but luckily I had the geek squad protection, bring broken item to store, have them repair or replace, easy peasy.

I love how accommodating the replacement plan is. Had issues and the geek squad gave me a brand new fire stick! They said I’m covered for 2 years and if it happens again to just come back and we’ll do this all again.

I've always been a firm believer in getting the extended warranty just in case something goes wrong. Now the only thing that goes wrong is the new stipulations on the warranty. Before you could do an even exchange of the old broken item for a brand new. Now you have to wait for them to send it off to see if it can be repair first before exchanging the item. Even when they do "fix" the item. The quality of the workmanship is rather poor

This is great because my security cameras were not working and they quickly let me exchange them to get new ones. And now the new ones are working great.

I buy the Geek Squad Product replacement on anything that I think might not last. Over the years I have had to engage Geek Squad to help get things replaced and they have always been helpful and quick to respond.

I sold it because I never used it. Still in the box brand new. Should have just retured it. No real info to share about this item.

You can not depend on using your phone number to have them look your items up because if you have more than one item or household, multiple phone numbers or more than one plan, they get things mixed up and you will be standing there wondering...

The geek squad has always been amazing and helpful for me. Even if the littlest things go wrong with my products they will fix it for free and that’s a huge financial burden off your shoulders if the problems end up being not so small.

I've been a Geek Squad user for several years and doubt I could survive in this computer-driven world without their services. Whether it's a question about my laptop, the printer, whatever, the Geek squad always resolves my problems.

I've used Webroot in my computers for years. I got Anew computer an had a year left tried to switch it over to the new computer an was not able to even with Geek Squad. This disappointed me because I truly liked the product.

Some say that it is not worth the money if you buy a warranty, But if you buy a $1700.00 UHDTV and it craps the bed and you don't have the money to buy another a year later and no warranty left on the year old tv then you would wish you bought the extended warranty!!!

Hands down.. Best Buy has the best warranty on their products. Very reasonable prices for their warranties. Don’t chance it, especially for more expensive, pricey items.

This saves a lot of money when you have multiple appliances, devices, and such. It truly gives you peace of mind when having to deal with a multitude of devices.

Purchased this service for my moms tablet. Last tablet she owned was damaged and I wished I had this service then. You need this because you never know what might happen and I feel better knowing I have this little security.

There’s nothing like knowing that if something goes wrong with your device it can be repaired at no additional cost, especially after the one year warranty runs out. I purchased this plan when I got my Samsung TV and I’m glad I had protection for when the warranty ran out.
