We have purchasing these replacement plans down pretty well. After a while you know which devices will probably need them, and which won't. We've been burned before when choosing not to, but if the plan is $25 or less, not much risk in insuring your high $$ item.

Always worth the extra money upfront. You never know when something is going to go wrong. Best Buy makes it easy to just swap your item out or get a store credit towards a replacement.

Have not had to use this yet; hopefully will not need to. However, geek squad has always been there in the darkest of times to take care of whatever electronic problem one may be having.

GSP is a must for me when i buy thing at best buy. Hope you never need it, but are always thankful when you do

Safety net if my machine needs servicing. I’ve used Geek Squad warranty in the past - not bad except if the product is no longer manufactured, you have to pay difference for newer replacement model.

I purchase my kids gaming consoles and accessories from Best Buy so I can get the Geek Squad insurance. It’s well worth the $$ because when you use these gaming products often they don’t last.

The agents mounted the TV and set the other devicss. They were both polite and professional. The cleaned up and also wore covers on their shoes! My husband and I are very pleased. Thank you both

Purchased this as a safety measure. Our home had a lighning bolt strike nearby and we had to get a new phone. This is to be used as insurance. I sometimes am slow to realized that insuring electronics is the way to go. Highly recommended....

This was a replacement TV for the bedroom when our VIZEO 55" went blank. We replaced it with a 55" SAMSUNG that was on sale. Very please with quality of the picture of this smart TV.

Geek Squad has always been there for me. I am very rough on my devices. And I have never had a problem getting support or getting an item replaced. Worth the money to insure your devices

Although I have not used for today product, I have utilized in the past. My personal experience has been a very easy process. No hassle when I brought in my damaged product. They replaced with a smile and covered the new product as well.

but did have it when my TV went our several years ago. They came to the house and tried to fix it and after it being to complex, my TV was replaced. Based on that experience, I will continue to purchase the warranty on expensive devices.

I bought an Insignia shredder and because I knew I had a LOT of paperwork to shred, I decided to buy the two year Geek Squad extended warranty on the shredder. Better safe than sorry.

I don't usually buy these but for Harmony 650 Universal remote it is fair to good investment . They only last about just under 2 years. I have gotten 1 free replacement remote in past : although this time remote was 27 month old and out of warranty ;partly my fault as Remote was working poorly at 22 months but i thought problem would work itself out. Moral is if you have warranty don't wait for problem to get better.

Every time we have a purchase, the Geek Squad techs visit and install in a very timely and professional manner. We cannot say enough about all of our Best Buy experiences. Just simply great!!!
