Never had an issue when I’ve had to use my GeekSquad protection service in the past. Most of the time it’s cheaper to buy the service ahead of time instead of paying for a replacement device when something goes wrong.

Essential for purchases with this product. If you have an Amazon stick I would highly suggest getting this as well. It’s very in expensive for what it provides an insurance for the stick

We always purchase the warranty service with each product purchased from Best Buy. The few times we Used it, we were satisfied and there were no issues.

I haven't had to use the coverage and hopefully I never will, but at this price, it made sense to me to add the extra protection and make it easier to deal with any problems, instead of having to go through the manufacturer.
