Must always purchase the protection plan to protect your purchase

This phone has all of the bells and whistles I could has for. I like the fact that I can use it with my new smart phone. I'm still learning about all of the different features and I think the price was great.

I first utilized this coverage with a tv I bought that stopped working. They tried to fix it but couldn’t and I got all of my money back. ALL OF IT! I now get it with all of my electronics.

Pay extra to get geek squad for your own protections. If it is ever break just take it back to Best Buy to get it fix or replacement if they can’t fix it.

Paid for the Best Buy extended warranty, and, unlike what I experienced with other businesses, Best Buy honored the return without question. Very Happy!

The agents have been able to clear any virus that has attacked my computer. The agents have been able to help me take care of problems online chatting with an agent.

It's worth it. They install appliances with white glove service. Know they cannot install hard wired appliances anymore. You must have outlet boxes to plug in to.

I always purchase the warranty for anything that I purchase from Best Buy because they honor the warranty with no problems or issues and I have been a loyal customer for at least 12 years.
