Dog chewed remote control. Brought it back to Best Buy and got identical brand new one without any hassle. I don't usually purchase protection plans; but in this case, I'm so glad I did!

Easy access to answers any time I need help. Every person I have talked to has been pleasant and attempts to completely satisfy my needs.

Geek squad is always the way to go. It's just crazy to spend a ton of money on electronics and not buy the protection and service for it.

Its always best to get a warranty to protect your product

I have used this phone for a little more than one month and it is already faulty: it changes back the time when I set it and confirm it within minutes, and I have to guess when somebody called me. Also the sound is deteriorating and noises alter the sound of the callers. I would like to exchange it for a new one, but I do not know the procedure.

I purchased this service in case my phone gave me any trouble as I know that the Geek Squad will solve my problems.
