It's warranty. I don't typically purchase warranty, but since my young sons will be using the Nimbus controllers primarily I decided to purchase the protection.

Never had a problem with geek squad They are professional all will help you fix the problem or provide you with an upgrade if they cant fix your current product.

I got the 2 year standard greek squad protection for a just in something happens to it you can just take it back and they will either fix it or replace it.

I like getting the 2 year replacement because if I have a problem with my product I can't take it in store and they can try to fix it or give me a new one!
