The Geek squad Protection plan is Great. I always get a protection plan From Best But For ALL Of My Electronics Devices.

I've used Webroot in my computers for years. I got Anew computer an had a year left tried to switch it over to the new computer an was not able to even with Geek Squad. This disappointed me because I truly liked the product.

We have not used them and not sure if the service is only good for one specific item or any item we need help with. If you have time in this crazy world right now let me know the answer. Is the Geek Squad still servicing with this Coronavirus?

I haven't needed the use of this service yet because I like to buy certain brand names for quality and Best Buy is a great place for me to shop.

Hands down.. Best Buy has the best warranty on their products. Very reasonable prices for their warranties. Don’t chance it, especially for more expensive, pricey items.

Never leave the store without it. We have saves thousands over the last few decades because of these plans. Better safe then sorry!

Purchased this service for my moms tablet. Last tablet she owned was damaged and I wished I had this service then. You need this because you never know what might happen and I feel better knowing I have this little security.

Great insurance to have for appliances for bothe kitchen and office.

Some say that it is not worth the money if you buy a warranty, But if you buy a $1700.00 UHDTV and it craps the bed and you don't have the money to buy another a year later and no warranty left on the year old tv then you would wish you bought the extended warranty!!!

I have only had to use the protection plan a few times and I have been able to get fixed away every time. My Surface Pro fell and was pretty much destroyed. Luckily I had the protection plan that covered the tablet completely.

I always make sure to get Geek Squad's protection plan on all the items I purchase through Best Buy. Not because I'm concerned about the quality, but in case that something does happen.... It gives me peace of mind!

There’s nothing like knowing that if something goes wrong with your device it can be repaired at no additional cost, especially after the one year warranty runs out. I purchased this plan when I got my Samsung TV and I’m glad I had protection for when the warranty ran out.

I never purchased any warranty however with anything related to electronics, it’s almost irrelevant whether or not you take care of it properly. I purchased some speakers before and opted out for the warranty. After year I was stuck with a broken speaker. Never again!

It seems that it’s cheaper to purchase an extended warranty than to pay full price again if it doesn’t hold up

Purchased a Geek squad product replacement for Wifi router, had for a couple of weeks and it shot crap. Geek squad said No Problem in replacing the product. Manufacturer wanted me to send the product back to them,. Yea right, and be without for who knows how long.

I always get the geek squad replacement service in case anything goes wrong with my TVs had to only use this one time in the past and had no problem getting the product replaced I would recommend this to everyone
