It was recommended that I purchase the warranty by a sales person. The electronics I purchased this for ended up needing replacement and was exchanged just like the sales person said it would be.

Geek squad Product Replacement is great - I learned the hard way when one of my tablets stopped working and I did not have this protection. Once I got my new tablet I purchased this.

Since apple has took over the beats by Dre it is more better fo us to exchange them with apple care since the COVID-19 has come all the apple stores are closed so you would have to do a call support call

the replacement plan was great. I usually take the plan with most of the electronics that i buy from bestbuy. my netgear wifi extender had so many problems, replaced it to a eero, very easy..

They delivered my freezer. The window for delivery was between 7am and 1:30pm. I was kept informed of the ETA, and was most impressed that they were here at 7:00am. A job well done Geek Squad!!!

Got it on sale for less than the nighthawk and I got to admit its just as good as the nighthawk without breaking the bank. Its a fantastic upgrade from my previous router and has many great useful features. I highly recommend it.

I have had 2 plans for them, one for an Amazon Alexa Dot and my cell phone and even though I haven't had to utilize them physically fixing either devices, they're very helpful in terms of technical support.

I always buy Best Buy warranties, they have proven over and over(not that stuff breaks often either) to be great to have. Never an issue returning something covered, always a solution to get it fix.

the protection service has always been a must for items that may be prone to breaking. they cover the device incase of any spills or drops depending on the device or appliance. defenitely worth getting.

I actually ended up using this. And I’ve used this warranty on other products I’ve purchased with. On the occasions when I’ve needed replacement, it’s never been a problem at all.

I rest easy knowing that we are protected in 18 year’s purchasing from Best Buy we have always purchased the protection plan, they are definitely worth it.

I know for most of my products the protection is replacement, meaning if something goes wrong they replace it, other devices the service fixes it. well worth it, just because best buy services when your not covered can add up.

service very helpful, the geek people are mostly helpful as some do not know what they are talking about. Others are very good and clear to instruct a novice computer person on the phone.

We haven't had to use Geek Squad on the particular device we purchase the plan for, but I think the extra protection is great to have on expensive items. We have benefited in the past.
