Have purchased the 2 year replacements warranty on several items that I have purchased from best buy. I'm currently for the first time ever having to use the warranty. My sharp 58 4k went out and I started the warranty process with best buy. They outsource to an outside company to come and fix my tv. Process is going into the second week but I'm satisfied so far. No hassle and they fully honor the warranty.

Most experts do not recommend these types off coverage. After my wife's coffee pot died a few days after the manufacturer 1 year warranty, a very smart bestbuy sales rep suggested the coverage. The second time this occurred shortly after the 1 year warranty, I went to bestbuy.com to purchase a third coffee pot and remembered I had the coverage. It saved me $100 for a new coffee pot. I got brownie points with my wife. YES!

I have Not had to utilize the geek squad protection, however i am Excited about that. When making a electronic and expensive purchase it only made sense to pay a little more funds for its protection. Not only is it worth the protection of the product but of the investment of the purchase. The particular item purchased is virtually protecting by everything helping me feel rest assured that i will Always have a working unit.

I recommend to always get the Geek Squad warranty!!! While I am tech savvy, I still break things. They are wonderful and have exceeded my expectations every single time. Besides an occasional long line, i have never had a single issue with them. Honestly the staff and the Geek Squad is the main reason i am a loyal customer. Even if i find something somewhere else, i always get Best Buy to match the price and buy it from them so that i can rest easier knowing i have protection!!!

Best Buy stands behind their product replacement program. I've used it before with mostly no hassle or issues. Highly recommend this option especially with products that have mechanical moving parts or products you travel with or carry with you. Also a must for high-tech non-basic appliance models and laptops that are going off to college. The best Product Replacement plan available.

Replacement plans on some things are wasted money, but anytime I’ve had one with Best Buy & had to use it they make the situation easy & hassle free to handle the replacement. I received a $500 gift card as replacement for my camera security system I purchased over a year ago & now I can buy something of equal value but technologically almost 2 yrs better quality in replacing the same system.

I got a product replacement warranty for my WiFi router because it was $200, well about a year and a half into having it, it stopped working. I literally just brought it with my receipt to Best Buy and they gave me 3 options, they could fix it, I could let the money go towards a new router, or I could receive my money back. They give you absolutely no hassle, I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.
Don't always need it but very happy when I do need

I always buy this with computers. I spend a lot of money on a computer and computers can quit working. NOT the fault of Best Buy. Things happen.
Geek squad service plan isn't always something I need to use. But when I have used it the plan has saved me a lot of money on repairs. Best Buy does not manufacture their products and without this plan you need to rely on the good graces of the manufacturer's warranty service

This mount does what i needed it to do and i wasn't sure because of the reviews, but in the end i asked the install guys the question and its all about who doing the install. this mount was installed with no problems and works great. the added space in rear allows for easy of access to the back of the tv for inputs.
Geek squad did an excellent job installing and hanging my 75" tv.

I usually take out the extended warranty on my purchases, that way if I need any assistance I can talk to the Geek Squad for help. Also, if by chance the product has a problem after the return time is over I can go to the Geek Squad and they will fix the problem or replace it. The few times I need to talk to the Geek Squad, they were very informative and able to answer and assist me with what I needed.
