I live in a 2500 sq ft two story home and kept having trouble with inconsistencies in my Wifi due to the cable modem being on the second floor (designed that way by the prior owner). The Best Buy sales clerk explained this device and how it would help my issues. Installation was simple and quick. My WiFi is strong and consistent now. Definitely worth the investment

Since my first experience with Geek Squad years ago, I’ve been sold on the service! A year ago, Geek Squad found a problem with a NEW computer when the company of the product couldn’t after days and days of trying! They kept blaming the program. I was two days shy of not being able to return it! Thank goodness Geek Squad realized I had a lemon computer!

I purchased a Nest Outdoor Cam about a year ago and kept loosing connectivity. I talked with the sales associate above the issue and they told me to bring it in for a replacement. I went the next day and 10 minutes later walked out with a brand new cam and they prorated my original warranty, so I could apply the difference towards the purchase of a new 2 year warranty

I hope to never use it but it is a good piece of mind

Geek Squad has always been super to deal with and do everything they can to take care of me. I have had a few computer issues in the past, and they always work with me, and they get me back up and running quickly. I especially like how they explain things, and the customer service has always been friendly and personable.

For those who despise extra guarantees because they say they never use them - you're crazy! I have more than made up the cost of my Product Replacement Plans! If you pay attention to the details of how it works, the Geek Squad Services are awesome for replacing defective or power damaged products.

I had a problem with my tv and they came to my house and fixed it. No fuss or silly questions like you would expect with most warranty’s now ah days. It broke, I called them, they fixed it. How it should be. I will try to buy my expensive electronics from Best Buy with this warranty whenever possible.

I have had Geek Squad protection on several products in the past. My local BestBuy Geek Squad set up our surround sound, reset and cleaned up an older model computer as well as great help and advice even when I did not have the coverage. Very professional and always ready to help.

The agents mounted my TV and connected all my devices to make sure they were in sync. They also reminded me about the computer virus protection. I called in the next day and they installed the virus protection over the phone! Plus they are nice!

I always go out of my way to go to the store on Los Altos in Sparks, NV. They have a really good crew there and my problems are always resolved, and with this program - usually no cost. I know it's being replaced by another program and since my package doesn't allow pro-ration I will wait until this expires to sign up for the new one - which I will.

Best Buy should honor a complete replacement of a defective product, regardless of the window of time. I am bummed that I had to pay 13 dollars extra because I exchanged a modem that was defective, and was two days outside the return policy.

This warranty saved me money. They gave me credit when my original purchased modem started acting up/gone bad. Used the credit towards a newer generation modem and purchased warranty on the new one aswell. Can't go wrong with a Best Buy Geek Squad Warranty especially on something being used daily!

Purchased for my home security cameras, and had one of my cameras malfunction after a year or so and they replaced the entire system with a brand new one right off the shelf. Only thing is you have to purchase new geek squad warranty on new system if you want it covered again. Seeing as it malfunctioned once I'd have been a fool not to purchase on new system.

Every time I purchase an expensive unit or gadget, I always purchase the best buy extended warranty. When ever I have used it, there are minimal questions asked and I always get a my items repaired in a timely manner or get them replaced for a newer unit. I don't have any compalints or negative experiences with the Geek Squad protection. A must in my opinion.

Love this service to be quite honest. I never have to worry about not having that added layer of protection for electronics, furniture pieces, etc. If they cannot fix the problem you can have it replaced or get something similar to what you've purchased originally.

About the route extended plant on most everything I buy from Best Buy it’s a very good price and I’ve never had any problems what I needed out of the replaced of my kids also buy this every time they make a purchase Best Buy has one of the best for warranty program that you can get.

I always invest in this with certain products to ensure that if any of my products go down in 2-Years and need a replacement that the Geek Squad Prod Replacement Program is ready to go on certain products I own. I highly recommend this as a backup with electronic items if you feel you may need it.

I don't buy electronics without this support any longer. I've had a couple issues over the years with certain brands and having Geek Squad cover me makes the purchases worth it. I am extremely careful with expensive electronics so when I say I still buy this plan, it's a good deal.

Lighting striking just outside our home fried a lot of electronics, including the Linksys mesh nodes I had bought recently. Luckily, I purchased this protection plan even though I typically never do. Definitely worth it to get the router nodes replaced without buying a whole new set at $300.

These guys and girls are just great. Whenever I have a problem I’ll bring it to them and they fix it. Which is good because I love my computer but sometimes I mess it up. That goes for two things too that I had bought and they have fixed.
