I buy the Geek Squad extended warranty with almost every purchase that I make from Best Buy. They never give me a hassle on a return and I've returned a lot of merchandise.

Got a replacement of the watch after running over it with a car! Really glad I got the replacement protection. Also, being allowed to upgrade the product within the 2 year term is really nice.

I don’t normally buy service plans, but Best Buy price matched the modem/router and it was a good price for both the item and the service plan. In the event something happens, a few dollars for repair or replacement is well worth it!

Player wouldn't work right, and stopped connecting to Hulu, which was point of buying this player. so I returned it and geek squad really helped me find the player thats right for my family.

I usually purchase Geek Squad protection on big ticket items that have high turnover like printers and fragile items like cell phones. Definitely worth the price for the additional peace of mind.

Had to use the coverage a couple of times in the past and have been thankful I bought it. I just like the peace of mind that I'm covered for a longer period of time if something goes wrong.

Its great piece of mind knowing you can bring your item back and they will fix it or give you a brand new item. I have never had any problems exchanging any item with Best Buy. Awesome service.
