Any time that I have had a problem with any product that I have purchased under the Geek Squad Protection Plan has been totally replaced with no problems..

when my tv when off I call geek squad and they answer right away, and in 3 days they came home and fix the tv in 20 minutes, such an amazing work so satisfied.

Always a good idea to get this. It is not like other stores, I have never had any issues with the warranty at Best Buy like I have at other retailers.

These protection plans work well with items that can't really be fixed by Geek Squad. Usually the item amount is refunded and the protection plan ends.

I got this for my earbuds and when they were not working they gave me an option to get the same ones or I can buy other ones so I upgraded and bought different ones

I don’t know what Elise has this geek squad package but know I’m worried that I threw something away that could of been fixed I’m going to go check out my profile

I love my online account with Best Buy. I can see all of my warranties. Geek squad coverage rocks!!! No questions just service or refund. I put it on everything.

I never purchase these but for the price I couldn’t pass it up. I still have not used it yet. Do like how they store all extended warranty on your account

I actually had to use this for our router and I am glad we purchased it. They replaced our item that was giving us problems without any issues.

I have always gotten Geek Squad coverage on everything I buy at Best Buy and over the years it has saved me hundreds of dollars. I have never been turned down for a repair or a replacement.

The Geek Squad is an ideal piece of mine when buying new technology. I have not had to use it but it is good to know it is there if needed.
