We always get the Geek Squad Protection on our high ticket items purchased from Best Buy. When I used them in the past, I got great Customer Service!

Second to none. Plan's process always seamless! Never had an issue replacing my items if damaged. No funky after purchase registration process. I get one for everything i buy...super worth it.

Purchased the product replacement just in case. Technology always tend to have glitches eventually so Im sure I will put this to good use eventually.

If you're going to buy an Amazon Echo unit, go ahead and spend the extra dollars and get the replacement warranty as well. Normally, I wouldn't bother but in this case I felt it was worth it as I see the Echo getting a lot of use (and maybe some unintentional abuse as well). As I come to depend more and more on "smart" devices, I want to make sure I'm covered.
