Got this warranty on a computer mouse and can write a better review if I ever have to use it. Hopefully its an easy replacement process. Never have had to use it before.

Haven't had to use this yet, but my hopes are high judging by the excellent service always by the Geek Squad and Best Buy.

This is an unusual printer in the fact that I had a paper jam and finally realized, after research, that I had to turn the printer on its side or just lift it up to remove the paper jam. Actually it has no cover on the bottom. The paper was easy to remove and then the printer was ready to use.

When I buy a expensive product that offers extended warranties I often buy them You never know when you'll need it. I would definetly reocommend buying it.

The Best Buy warranty is by far the best in the industry. As long as you have it, you can return the item, no questions asked.

What's new tech without a great warranty to make sure any mishaps are corrected. Can't go wrong with a back up plan.

I suggest this because sometimes the brands customer service sucks and this helps you in case an item is defective or breaks.
