purchase the protection plan! Things like printers an gps usually only last a couple years with normal use. Get it replaced free if it breaks! Well worth the money

The young man, Garrett, diagnosed the printer quickly and replaced it with another printer as per the product replacement agreement.

A must have on all purchases. I have used this many times and it simplifies resolution when a product has a problem.

Works well and fast service if you have an appointment. If no appointment you WAIT quite awhile at times. Great service protection go get for most all products you buy.

I know everyone says not to spend the extra money, but this protection plans have saved me tons of money over the years! If it's not outlandish, make sure you buy it!

Prior to purchase, Best Buy did not disclose that I would need to leave my old and new laptops, with my passwords, for 1 to 2 days with no visibility to what was happening. Very disappointed. Did not use service. Moving all my data to one drive made it more complicated to set up the new drive. I previously used PC Mover. It was cheaper, easier, and I didn't have to provide my passwords to strangers for up to 2 days. Geek Squad on-line was not helpful either.

as far as i know best buy will replace anything threw there warranty. with item they have in stock or will order it for you

I would never buy anything from Best Buy without a warranty...well except for a CD or chips. Other than that nothing beats their replacement warranty

This was purchased along with the product as this was a gift. Never hurts to have a replacement policy for an item that can readily break by simply dropping it.

Purchased insurance for printer. Not sure if needed but salesperson suggested it and said no problem with returns.

Geek Squad product replacement is a super value. I never buy appliances or electronics without it. It pays for itself.

The computer is exactly what I was looking for, it is light in weight very fast and easy to set up and use. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade.
