    Have only had to call in twice for problems. Both times we were able to manage the issue fairly quickly over the phone .e.g. Who would have thought you would need to "reboot" a TV when the volume control stops responding!

    Thank god we got this!!! We dropped the tablet 2 weeks after we purchased it and didn't have to pay for the repair!
