I usually never buy the replacement contract. However, the price for the Epson Scanner was high. Now they have come down on the price from $499.99 to $399.99. Evidently, there is some fine print regarding BB's Price match guarantee! When you select the reason for the return it mentions 30 days. Electronics must be special (15 days). But if you pay for the Total Membership it's 60 days. Sounds like bad marketing and worse customer service.

Can't be too careful! Great protection option! Always get it.

Good - two years protection for a reasonable price.

Time will tell if I need to use it or not. My previous experience w/ the protection plan was not that great. So, I cant speak to the product purchased and its replacement plan for it until it happens.

Sometimes it will get disconnected with the laptop.

They kept you on line for a while, just to be cut off after initiate a conversation and never call you back. Quite rude few or at least they do not seem interest in helping.

Good plan for the money. Good to have. Peace of mind
