We have utilized this service enough to make it worth the investment. If you have computers and often have unresolved issues, Geek squad is worth your $$$.

They never seem to have time,not so friendly and mostly not very willing to help or give better alternative. Its very frustrating

I have bought electronics, vacuums and other various things at Best buy. I have always gotten the warranty and I highly recommend doing so. In addition to manufacturer warranty this is added protection.

I often get replacement warranties as they often pay off. For a few extra bucks, if my device fails for almost any reason, I can bring it to the nearest Best Buy and get a replacement.
