    Buying the plan will be the difference between being a happy or frustrated customer. BB will take care of you if you have a problem if you have the plan. If you don't you're on your own.

    the Geek Squad Product Replacement is worth it, not expensive, and a good guarantee for whatever happens in the future. mostly helpful for me since i bought it with Hard Drives.

    I was on the fence about purchasing an extended warranty. I'm glad I did, because the compressor in our new dehumidifier is making an odd noise, and the original warranty is expired.

    i only got this bcos the rep told me it is a replacement policy for 48months.. so more like insurance since protection is important., yoy never know what and when these machines stop working
