Printer does not stay connected to the laptop or internet. I've had it for about a year and now it's printing without the words on the paper

I haven't really had to use it but when I do they do their job.

If you want that extra peace of mind, then you gotta get that protection

recently boight the geek squad protection warranty, very happy with it.

They told me when I purchased there products, if something happened to my computer, they would repair or replace it. Long story short they did neither. I will never go through them ever again. I will not trust them for nothing. All they wanted to do, replace the hard drive and I lose all pics. A hacker took over my computer on their watch... What kind of protection is that?? I now have to buy a new computer b/c their agent told me she could fix it by logging into my computer. All she did, caused the hacker to put an encrypted password on it and now no one can get on. So displeased with geek squad and I wouldn't recommend them to no one.

Great plane for those who are accident prone. Very cost effective as well.
