    Despite paying for an extended warranty and Geek Squad coverage, it was impossible to make an appointment online for anything but an apple product. Two chats resulted in zero help and them sending me online to make an appointment or scheduling an in-home appointment for $100 (for a $150 printer) even though we paid for extended coverage. I had to wait on hold for 20 minutes to make an in store appt.

    Needed data that was on an old lap top that I couldn’t get to power on. Geek squad was able to get the information and back up for us!
