Safe way to go, but way too expensive relative to product purchase price.

Was told by rep at the time of purchase it covers accidental. I go a couple days ago to get warranty on my damaged item and was told its not covered. Hawthorne store, then was told if you were told that to go back to the Westminster CA stored to dispute... If I would of known there was no accidental coverage on GPU I would of never purchased the service.

Didn't realize that the canon MFP printer came with a 3 year warranty. Would not have bought the 2 year geek squad package if I knew.

They installed security system Was not a quick process and did not work properly from the start

I don’t love geek squad protection. I’ve just had issues in the past, but they always find a way to make it up to you.

I purchased the protection plan for an I tem I had to return because it did not work and I was not refunded the protection plan amount.

Geek Squad has been hit or miss in terms of service level. I do still purchase the service for most of my valuable BB products.

Do I get Best Buy points for reviewing this? I’ve never had problems in the past with the warranties offered by Best Buy

I never used so I don't know how good they are but the customers service is pretty good.

Unknown didn’t know at his was included, I guess it came with something purchased

Always get the protection plan for .my parents. Is so much easier for them to just bring in the product instead of having to ship it

I diffently feel this is worth the money on an expensive purchase. I used it once and it work out well in my situation.

I don’t think I ever used this. Extended warranty and service not worth the cash IMO

Uncomfortable for the first month or so, but eventually got used to it. Gets the job done, and for the price, it is pretty nice.

eats ink dont have much in them printers fine ok otherwise

bought this replacement plan without knowing if needed. turns out didnt, never would have, and really wasnt a value payoff. geek squad is great otherwise, pick replacement plans appropriate for electronic item bought is my advice next time. think it through. many other plans bought with purchase in past much more valuable.

You can never be too sure on your high priced items glad I got this
