    Geek squad is only good for replacement. Their service/ repair sucks. I only purchase Geek squad on items that I am gifting.

    This does not cover my harddrive

    My hard drive does not connect to my Mac laptop any more. But this plan does not cover it. They said it could be a software problem.

    I was not happy with this replacement package because I thought I had purchased one that covered damage to the monitor.

    Personally I have never had to use the replacement so I have put a lot of money into it. It really is just a gamble.

    There is serious compatibility issues with windows I kept it over a year luckily I had bestbuy protection plan I exchange it with HP printer

    They’re only working for title and pay. Sending items off is not calling yourself fixing things.

    I've tried to use my geek squad warranty on my laptop and they can't seem to find it... Hmm so i paid for something i cant use!

    When I have used Geek Squad, wait time has been quite long. Once, all afternoon. The inconvenience of using this service doesn't fit my schedule.

    As stated I did not ask nor was I aware this was being added - I do not buy extended service plans. I will be careful to check my receipt much more carefully in the future

    Waist of money. The tech support is worthless when you actually need some help. I called them 3 times for issues and they were not able to help. I ended up spending the time to fix the problems myself.
