    The Geek Squad gave me directions on how to get my wireless printer set up and connected. They were very patient with me as I attempted to find "my other left."

    Anything I purchase over $100 I normally include geeks squad support and repair/replacement. Fair price and the geek squad are a quality team providing expert and fast service.

    Thank god I got Geek Squad protection, saved me over $200 in replacement, which covered the GS cost itself. I'll always get it with important appliances.

    Geek Squad was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. They were up front with the price of any repairs needed. I love the remote service when its just a software problem. I have been using it for years now & found it to be a godsend.

    We always buy Geek Squad coverage on large electronics or anything that has buttons.. It has been used.. Especially when my father purchased all new electronics after a tornado destroyed his home.. TV's, computer's, etc.. Always professional.. Even when its as simple as he has just pushed WAY to many buttons...

    If you need them, don't call the store, because they will give you a 1-800 number to call. If they can't take care of it over the phone quickly they will want to send out a tech which will cost you $$$. Best thing to do is take it back to where you bought it and let them fix it or replace it in store. that way it costs you nothing. It is worth it to have the insurance and it doesn't cost much so always go ahead and get it.

    I have not yet had to test the waters with the 2-year GEEK SQUAD PRODUCT REPLACEMENT PLAN, but the fact that it's there has allowed me just enough confidence to continue trying to keep the HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 it is insuring, even though I've already gone through 2 in 2 weeks under the standard 15-day replacement program.

    I have been a member for a long time and this is a must have. I can not tell you of all the time fustration not to mention money Geek Squard membership has saved me. I have antivarus and Web spyware protrction on all my devices but it just des not detect everything. There is also me, downloading stuff, need I sau more?

    I never leave the store without my Best Buy Geek Squad Product Replacement coverage... and it has paid off HUGE for me! The peace of mind alone is worth it but actually receiving the benefit of a replacement or store credit, no questions asked, for a product that just didn't fit the bill is well worth it!! Just do it!!

    Printer Warranty

    I bought a geek squad warranty on a canon printer. The print head failed 3 months after the manufactures warranty expired. The same printer was no longer in stock for exchange, Geek squad game me the full price paid as store credit for a future purchase.

    Love this program. I have had to use it twice and they did replace one of them. The only problem is that they give you what you paid for it and the item was not available at that price. So I had to pay more for the replacement

    Pleased to have bought the product replacement on my tech products like my printer because you never know when something will go wrong. I have had products go wrong and luckily had the product replacement warranty and either had it repaired or replaced. Saved just in the headache of worrying about it if nothing else.
