Due to Covid I have not exercised this service warranty. I plan to because the electronic item is giving error messages from time to time.

Good prompt service, helpful and understanding, I'm so thankful for your help, sometimes I need help getting into my computer and such

This can be expensive but so is having to pay to fix your computer your self. If your short on time like me do yourself this favor.

This product came with my laptop. I believe this is a great product because it keeps my laptop safe. If anything happens to my laptop, they have my back.

about every 2 years I have to buy a new printer. They break so fast now. Hopefully this relatively inexpensive insurance is worth it. I think so.

Agents mounted my tv the way it should be and it was in a jiffy, I also got added protection in case there would be some problem later on

They handled the issue very professionally. It was a factory defect and tech experts where able to resolve the issues in a timely fashion

Haven’t had to use this yet and hopefully I won’t need to use it. But it’s definitely worth getting in case you are one to break things.

Gotta Luv It. No dealing with the manufacturer. Just bring it back to Best Buy any time during the extended warranty period. A No-Brainer.

This is a good thing to have, especially for the price I paid for my new brother printer. If anything goes wrong, I know that the Geek Squad will repair or replace it. I never have had to go out of my way to fight Best Buy to honor their warranty. I think they are some of the best in warranties, at least in my opinion.

Great blender, I make smoothies about 4 times a week.

Havent had to use it but loved having that peace of mind if something does every happen. My wifes grandfather had this protection plan and it helped him alot when he could fix it himself .

A great thing to have especially when you buy a printer or computer because somethings just can't be fixed. So glad I invested in this.

Not normally a big fan of extended warranties but this is for an 81 year old who already lost a key from his keyboard, so 2 years of coverage for him for only $5 is a no brainer.

The warrant came in very handy since I’ve been through four returns. The keypad buttons would quite working and I would have to exchange,

I am not one to normally buy the protection plan, however my son goes through headsets so quickly.(wires braking, sound distorted etc). This plan covers everything, well worth the price.
