My son insists upon Geek Squad Protection on every eligible purchase and I'm glad. They have repaired or replaced a good number of items with minimal effort on our part.

I purchused it just in case I needed it. Its a good safety measurment.

Printer stopped working. Was able to bring it in to store and had it swapped out within 20 minutes. Other than same model being out of stock I'm extremely pleased with the whole process

With the way products can be wonky from the factory these days to the way consumers can be clumsy with their purchases, these store purchased warranties are absolutely worth every penny.

Purchased this to protect my external harddrive that I am using for gaming on my PS4. It was inexpensive and because I use the harddrive a lot, it made too much sense to protect it.

Thank god for this because sometimes the brands that don’t have customer service that is good doesn’t help you with defective items.

I get the help I need when I need it and their support and delivery members are always nice.

The Geek Squad is good for services that we cannot complete out selves.

I have yet to use the benefits of this product (hopefully I won't have to anytime soon), but it is definitely good to have in case anything goes wrong with my purchased products.

It does what it says, protects your device if/when it needs it. Have used on a few different items, so the peace of mind is worth it.

Great protection. I have has to use this before on another product. And best buy refunded my money and i was able tocget a new product

I haven't had to use the service. I don't usually get these types of warranties, but for this device, it seemed like a smart move.

Not sure what this is for but i always but plan for items over $100. Less than that is not necessary, just dispute on your ccard if it breaks.

Decent price point for the anticipated coverage. Also having access to tech support and possible in person assistance is a plus.
