    Difficult to get through and find a rep who can help with printer issues. Tried calling, online chatting, and it seemed to go into circles. The wait time is long.

    They never give you any service. Once you sign up and if you want their service, they will ask additional. and they never get any job done on-time - I say this is a fraud.

    Warning! Do NOT waste your money on these worthless protection plans. They have the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with in my life, and you will be prevented at every attempt to actually USE your plan when the product breaks in less than a year.

    Nothing bt problems with TV and Geek Squad. They kept it for little two weeks and gave it back tome with same problem. I took suggestion of the employee to buy another TV to use during the down time. They told me there wouldn't be a problem in returning it. They were partially right. I was able to return it but they charged me 20% restocking fee

    I called 3x last night to the geek Squad and was told the third time that in order to tell me it don't print real pictures of need to bring it in for a $99 charge. I thought that's what I was paying for. Well, I am paying for that help why pay more?

    I bought a service plan for my new printer. A year later and they won't help me unless I pay them more money. What a scam! I won't be buying anything from Best Buy again and I definitely won't be paying for Geek Squat again!

    Didn't really care for the replacement, because if something happens in the first 6 months after the return has expired it ca only be used once. Not really glad I purchased this.

    I have not had an opportunity to use the product protection programs I have purchased so I have difficulty with giving my opinions as to how effective they may be.

    Geek squad is trying to renew..

    I am trying to verify that my account should not be renewed. I keep getting messages that it will be renewed..I want to cancel renewal. I can't seem to check this request and insure that you do not renew this contract...I am downsizing and can no longer afford to have this..Why do I keep getting messages that they will automatically renew??

    Its an okay printer for printing only documents. Not great for pictures because it will print with a boarder. This printer is a boarder photo printer as told by an HP specialist. Meaning you do not have the option to printer pictures with no boarders.

    Seems crazy to have purchase the same product each time I have to change printers due to failure of the printer and I only had the printer each time for less than 2 months

    Called to setup printer but they didn't have a clue what they were doing either. We asked nicely for them to disconnect to our computer but they didn't want to. Eventually we figured it out on our own and gave them credit so they would disconnect from our computer.

    They were not able to put in simple terms the problems I was having with this headset . It was not entirely their fault because I am somewhat deficit in electronics knowledge.

    I called when the TV broke, Geek squad sent a 3rd party contractor out to take a look. About a week later I received notice that they will be replacing the unit.
