It was nice knowing we had our local Best Buy Geek SQUAD location nearby to assist us when we needed them!!

So far, we haven't had our Logitech - Create Keyboard Case for Apple iPad long enough to use the warranty protection. When dealing with Best Buy being they are a stand up company we have never had any issues when it came to using our warranty plan purchased from them.

So glad we purchased Geek Squad protection. Item was replaced without issue.

Haven't used the services yet but its great to know i have printer replacement protection.

It's hard to put a price on peace of mind, but I suppose a 4 year warranty gets pretty close.

Always love the two protection on all my expensive products so I get it because they just switch out anything you brake on accident. Also check what it cover when they explain it to you.

We have not had to use this product replacement service and hope that our product last for a long time, however, the customer service department was really great in suggesting that we purchase this for our appliance. Glad we did.

I was told square trade will need original receipts etc which may be hard if item was purchased a while ago. With geek squad I just walk into the store with my old item and they can pull up my records. Only caveat yes it’s a lot more costly than square trade!

Really like Geek Squad! My son accidentally reformatted my external harddrive. They were able to recover all the pictures and files. They came in handy a couple other times during my membership. Happy with them.

This TV is a great product, price was right and had bonus points to cash in which helped along with the interest free 6 month credit. Will continue to shop at Best Buy as long as the promos are in effect. Thank you

I like the fact that Best Buy offers a warranty for their products. It gives me peace of mind that if anything happens, I have a warranty.

Hi am very Happy that I got a Product replacement Warranty. I am also glad that my Item came with an Extended Warranty unlike when I got it from Wal-Mart. I am glad that I got this warranty and Printer.

I have three boys and as tou can imagine they destroy everything even without meaning to. So this saves me from having to spend hundreds on broken merchandise when i can just walk in verify my purchase and boom i got a brand new one. You all need this to be added it will save you too.

It would be better if it last for the amount of time you purchased it for. Instead if you use it 2 months for now. You would have to purchase it again for the replacement. I won’t continue to the replacement or transfer.

The Geek Squad is exceptional, they work with everyone with respect and patience. Well worth the money.

My last HP printer 'survived' over 4 years with no issues. Earlier years, however, were hit-or-miss on duration. I bought replacement plan to be safe: very inexpensive plan to purchase, good for two years. When my HPs have had problems in past, it was within 12-18 months....or never.

Totally worth it for heavy daily use items which tend to die right around the end of the warranty. Best Buy let's you walk in and pick a replacement, easy peasy.
