Geek Squad Product Replacement is a smart, safe purchase for high end products. My purchase was for a very high end printer that will be replaced should anything go wrong.

Works great and easy to operate. The eco tanks are amazing and so easy to fill and watch your ink.

Always purchase Geek Squad protection. It has been an asset more than once when something either stops working, breaksdown or is irrepairable.

Never deal with a product manufacturer again on my BestBuy product. I just go back to BestBuy and done. No waiting for a manufacturer to disappoint me with their excuses.

These warranty's are the best!!! Return the item right to the store for a replacement. Can't beat it, especially since they've come down in price over the years.

I got a really bad paper jam that completely ruined my last printer. Luckily I got Geek Sqaud protection on it so I got a replacement printer and all I had to do is purchase the protection again. No charge for the printer!

Some stuff we buy but the basic warranty can gonaway any day ir month so the best option or pick starts when we experience someting but it suppised to ge cover because we spent so much money and catch is plus what we safe they want you spent or purchase this like we never getva discount plus it will be safe for little bit longer. Ether way is win win situation on both ends

I buy this for everything! I've had to use it for just about every product. Life gets in the way sometimes, kids and sometimes it's just a malfunction with the product. The hassle free exchange is awesome!

Right now, I can only give one star. I just bought the printer 11 days ago. It was delivered Wednesday and I was setting it up Thursday evening. It's defective! Had to take it back and order another one! So hopefully it will get a better rating. I've always used canon and they've always been good. But i am disappointed this printer was defective.
