I bought this two years Geek squad service on my purchase and I am very satisfied from it. They will look at your product and if anything wrong with it, they will happily replaced it for you.

I don't buy anything without this protection. It is so worth the money to know that if I have something stop working or something to cause my equipment to quit working.

It's always wise to get insurance. The service and replacement in store alone is worth it. It is hard to get an HP rep on the phone.

We have had geek squad on our laptop, and have had some issue with the laptop. GEEK Squad has help us out with the repairs in a timely manner. Our laptop work very well after the repairs were made.

It's good to have extra warranty protection and help from the Geek Squad in case the product you purchased has a problem. This is a good deal!

Love the warranty was able to talk to an agent to anytime I had a question they were very friendly and was able to help me every time

Best Buy takes the higher road. Any plan they offer is effortless and valuable. I fix electronics professionally, some things just won’t be fixed. Off to the refurbish bin they go!

My printer died within the Protection period. They gave me a new one at not cost. Purchased another Protection plan.

In knowing how electronics don't necessarily last it is good to have an option to replace without the exorbitant cost. The price of the replacement plan was minimal and a value.

I had been to Pottstown best buy geek squad numerous times with my daughters computer and they were clueless. Everytime i would take her computer in they would say they had fixed it and soon as my daughter would try to do her assignments her compiter would do the exact same thing that they supposedly fixed
