Have never had an issue with the warranty, when having to replace or repair and item

As a father of a boy, this is well worth the money due to normal, non-careful activities of young men while gaming.

If you are spending more than $500 on equipment you need to get the geek squad protection. If you have an issue they are prompt to assist.

Always nice to know that if I have a problem with my purchase that the Geek Squad will help me out.

They will either fix the issue with the device or they'll give you a new one up to the same value whether it's the same one or different.
