I never had to use the service but it's nice to know that you're covered if anything happens to whatever you invest your money in.

I'm pleased that I have not required use of the GEEK Squad Replacement Program. However, the fact that I had to pay very, very little for this and have insurance on the printer I purchased is extremely satisfying. I hope I never have to use it, but it's there if and when I need it.

I always use the Geek Squad to protect my devices or whatever I buy from Best Buy. You can't go wrong with them!

Haven’t had to use this insurance yet but nice to know it’s there as printers can malfunction and usually have problems that are beyond servicing by users.

It is always great to have an repaclement protection on anything that you buy.

Don’t hesitate on purchasing the replacement plan. Ive found myself in situations where I would have been out on serious cash had it not been for this product.

I would recommend getting this. My printer stopped working after a year. Best Buy replaced it with a new one with no problems.

Buying the Best Buy replacement warranty is a plus for every item you purchase here. I've had to use it on a few other items and it is always hassle free.

I have had Geek Squad for several years and find the staff and the services very good. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable.

Always buy the protection plan no matter what! I know it sounds like you are paying a lot but when you have high priced items, you want to protect them.
