It's a warranty/guarantee. Hopefully won't have to use it but it's good to know the option is available.

I got the Geek Squad as replacement plan for a headset, and it replaced the damaged headset without any problema.

If you have any doubt that a product will fail before the warranty expires, buy this.

The geeksquad replacement plans are always worth the purchase. Obviously it doesn't cover your abusive damage, but it does cover many common issues.

I get these plans to cover the major investments I have. BB is great to deal with if you need to invoke the plan.

These plans have come down in price and I often pick them up for my devices as you never know when they will fail.

I hate warranties but I will never leave Best Buy without their protection plan. They stand by their products and that is cool in my book.
