I would get geek squad protection on any devices, they do a great job.

I haven’t had to use it yet. When purchased, I was informed that product would receive a full replacement.

THis is a no brainer to get the protection plan. Best Buy plans are easy as they replace or give you another product.

We have never had to use this product/feature, but has always experienced great customer service when we had questions.

This protection is for dual monitors. So far, so good, I haven't had to use it.

I brought my laptop in because it was getting hot I was told theres nothing wrong and also to use the one year warranty that came with it Why not replace if I have this even if I wanted to get a different brand.

dont leave without this, especially when you're making a purchase on someting expensive that you're not too sure about.
