    Never needed to use my geek squad insurance yet but it’s a piece of mind if I do. I know they would replace the item if defective instead of making you wait.

    I've only had to use this service once or twice in the past. It's usually a painless experience but sometimes there can be an agent that's just putting up a fight or trying to be elitist by making up reasons it doesn't qualify that are beyond the customer's control. I wish this weren't the case because I'd be able to give this 5 stars if it were consistently painless.
