Excellent enough product to use at home. just what I needed

I purchased this ext warranty on a BT keyboard. Had a quality issue soon after purchase and it was exchanged for a new one, however, if I wanted to continue coverage, I had to purchase the protection again! It’s a 1 time use warranty only. Calling it a 3 yr warranty w/including “1 time use” is very misleading! Recommending this service all depends on the item being purchased.
