Always worth to get geek squad specially on the device incase of an accident.

Will always recommend the replacement plan. The ease of getting a new product if something happens is next to none.

We find this worth the money so far. Since we have limited space we were concerned about items fitting. We were able to have someone come to the house to evaluate space and options. Jeremy was awesome and helped through the delivery process.

Purchased to cover my first laser printer. A Canon MF644Cdw. Haven't had to use it yet, but sounds like it pretty much cover's everything short of gross negligence. Better keep the box. Bring it in for any reason and get a replacement or your money back. Sounds pretty good to me.

The printer is nice, I've had for 1 yr so far and upon my moving the print head isn't printing the magenta. I actually really like the features of this printer and the printer quality is okay.

Protection plans are always a Bonus. I would never purchase a higher priced item without receiving a protection plan.

Used Geek Squad Protection for a printer that I purchased recently. The protection was very inexpensive but turned out to be very valuable. The printer wound up having some time of error after a firmware update. Once it got determined that the printer could not be repaired, the process was easy to get the printer replaced....very happy!

The one time I had to use this, I'm happy to say my product was replaced right off—so it works as it says on the tin!

A Geek Squad replacement plan is a necessity for all tech-things. Specifically because this plan keeps you from having to spend the same amount of money over and over again. I feel confident, knowing that if my product is to fail for what ever reason, the replacement plan will get me out the door with something new that works.

This is the best thing and reasonable price to purchased. Especially when you have kids and teenager. Not only that but things that easy break. They just pull up your account or have your receipt. They just replaced it for you. Really simple and your cover no longer active when it replace once.

The geek squad team was excellent in setting up my tv. It was a bit complicated because my previous system was set up with a sound system that needed to be removed. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They took out an old, very heavy tv. All Covid precautions were employed.

Why wouldn’t you get this? Best Buy stands behind their service. Beats just about any other retailer in that regard. Especially if you’re buying something with questionable reliability? Save the hassle down the road, and just invest up front in some good coverage.

I always purchase the Geek Squad product replacement for any purchases over a couple hundred dollars. It's a good investment as it is a fraction of the product price, and it more than pays for itself whenever I've needed to have something repaired or replaced.

I hate to say but this is not the best printer. Most of the time my printer falls off line and disconnect, I can’t just click scan and scan to my printer. I have to only use the app and that’s very inconvenient. My other Hp allowed me to scan to email but this one doesn’t. So if I could I would not get again.

In person or online they are the best! They’ve always been super whenever I have a problem and need something fixed or solved. I’m pretty sure some of the questions I have are justified for eyeball rolls but I have not had that experience - they are professional and they sound professional.LOL!
